Our Process & Maintenance Plans

If you’re concerned about any issues with your property, or you want peace of mind in checking areas that you think could be a problem then this plan is the one for you.

Once you get in touch we’ll take down some details about your property, book in an appointment at a convenient time for you and let you know what the cost of the report will be. One of our experienced team will then visit to conduct the condition report on the EWI or Render of your property.

If you have any warranties, paperwork or other information about the external insulation or render that has been installed at your property then having it available may assist the surveyor and help them answer any extra questions you may have.

Our expert surveyor will then conduct a complete and thorough inspection on the external elevations on your property. They will examine the following key areas:

  • All external elevations of the property to check the condition
  • Areas around pipework
  • Seals
  • Areas around cills & reveals

During the inspection photographs will be taken of your property.

Once the inspection has been completed we’ll inform you of any problems we have found and provide you with the report outlining this. We’ll also help you to understand how we can go about fixing the problem, what might have caused it and how to prevent the issue reoccurring. If problems are found in the report then our remedial plans will help you to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.

If there are specific issues that you are aware of that need fixing, or if our condition report has identified minor problems then our minor remedial plan is for you.

Our minor remedial plan covers the following:

  • Repairs such as cracks to areas around cills and reveals
  • Fixing minor damage to specific areas
  • General repairs to small areas of elevations

We work with you to identify the issue, confirm the required fix and get a quote to you to provide a professional fix at our usual high quality.

When your quote has been finalised and written up you’ll receive an email containing the quote in pdf format. If you have any problems viewing or accessing your quote let us know and we’ll be happy to assist! If you have any further questions regarding your quote or do not understand any element of the quotation then our team will be on hand to help. Just get in touch by either replying to the email or giving us a call so we can clarify wherever needed.

If you receive your quote and are happy to proceed then simply get back in touch with us to let us know. We’ll then be able to set things in motion to organise and book in start dates for your work to commence at a convenient time for you.

Sometimes damage, the elements or other factors may cause your EWI or render to require greater maintenance, that’s where our major remedial plan comes in. Our team will be ready to bring fresh life back to your render and resolve larger scale damage to ensure everything is as it should be.

The major remedial plan covers the following areas:

  • Fungicidal Wash to property elevations
  • Large scale repairs
  • Repainting or retexturing of property elevations
  • Brick slip damage
  • Fill-in works where items on the wall have been removed (i.e Gas Meter boxes)
  • Deep impact damage

If your render is off colour, or has been installed for a long while and needs attention then our expert teams will help explain what can be done for your specific system and how we’ll be able to help. We work with you to identify the issue, confirm the required fix and get a quote to you to provide a professional fix at our usual high quality.
